The 2025 Mill & Overlay Project is set to begin in early September. This project includes improvements to two parking lots, surrounding infrastructure, and street and utility improvements along Lewis Ave and Castle Ridge Road:

Locations:

• Post Office/Marketplace Foods Parking Lot (off Lewis Ave)

• Pocket Park Parking Lot (behind Riverbend Plaza off Madison Street)

• Lewis Ave Utility Improvements (at White Street and in front of the Post Office)

• Castle Ridge Road Improvements

Scope of Work Includes:

• Tree removal & erosion control

• Milling & overlay of parking lots

• Street, curb, and utility removal

• Sanitary manhole replacements (Lewis Ave & White St, and in front of the Post Office)

• Underground utility installation

• New curb, pavement, and signage

• Final turf restoration & site cleanup

Our contractor and on-site representative will coordinate directly with property owners to ensure you’re informed and supported during any closures. We’ll provide advance notice and work to accommodate special access needs such as deliveries or pickups as requested. The intent is to complete this project in a neat and timely manner with minimal inconvenience to you. Special informational flyers will be handed out door to door for any special construction related activities such as street closures.
