Mobile 311 Citizen Portal

Connecting to Our Citizens

The City is excited to announce the availability to communicate with City staff via Mobile 311 by Dude Solutions. This is a new tool to directly interact with City staff when you encounter a concern in the community. You are able to report a variety of maintenance concerns such as pot holes, long grass and weeds, abandoned vehicles, or snow removal questions.

Locate the web-based citizen portal, available on a computer or mobile device.

Mapping Concerns

The citizen portal of Mobile 311 is map-based and ties into the City’s geographic information systems (GIS) mapping data. In order to report a concern, residents will need to create their own Mobile 311 citizen portal account using their email. Once an account is created, users can enter and track work order request and view the status of those requests and even submit pictures with the work order.

Account information and work orders submitted are not visible to other users of Mobile 311.

City Follow-Up & Order Status

Once a work order is submitted, it is received by City staff who will then provide follow-up as to the status via the citizen portal system directly from the field. Account users can monitor the status and progress of your work orders via your account.
