A compost site is available to City of Watertown residents at our Public Works facility located at 700 Lewis Avenue North. The site is open seven days a week from dawn til dusk. Items that can be dropped off for free include grass clippings, leaves, garden waste, small branches and plant trimmings. NO PLASTIC BAGS or GARBAGE dumping is allowed. This service is for City of Watertown residents ONLY.
