I grew up on a farm north of Litchfield. My wife Becky and I have been married over 48 years. We have 4 daughters, 2 in Denver and 2 in this area with 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Yes, that is a lot.
My family was one that worked hard and followed closely to their faith in God. We instilled those values in our children as well.
I graduated with honors from Crown College in 2000 as an adult student. My degree is in Management and Ethics.
My work career has included many years in marketing and management of people and budgets. Currently I work for ServiceMaster Restore. If you ever see a bright yellow van around town, that is me.
I believe that our city needs to continue to make this a great place to live. That means good schools, safe streets and reasonable city government. We do not need one that over-reaches but rather plans ahead as they look for important ways to preserve and enhance our way of live.
One thing I have learned over the years is to listen to all sides before making a judgment. I will do that in our local council as well.
I am for smaller government, fiscal responsibility, and a creative vision for the future.
